Account Creation
1.1 Users must be of legal age to create an account.
1.2 The information provided for account creation must be current and accurate.
1.3 Users agree not to create an account using false information or someone else's information without permission.
Use of Service
2.1 Users agree to use the service for lawful purposes and not to violate any laws or regulations.
2.2 The use of the service must comply with the policies and terms set forth on the platform.
2.3 Users agree not to use the service for actions that cause damage or annoyance to others.
System Operation Procedures
Transfer of Sales Proceeds to Sellers
4.1 If a customer wishes to withdraw money from the system, the customer must do so between 00:00-23:59. The customer will receive the money after 09:00 the next day.
Cancellations
5.1 For Sellers
5.1.1 If the seller cancels and does not respond, a 2% fee of the product will be charged.
5.1.2 The method of payment for the 2% fee will be as follows:
- Case 1: If a new product is created within 3 days, the fee will be deducted from the price of the canceled product by 2%.
- Case 2: After 3 days, if no new product is created, an invoice will be issued to collect the fee.
- Case 3: If there are 2 or more cancellations, the account will be suspended immediately.
- Case 4: If there is no response, we will contact you to provide details.
5.2 For Buyers
5.2.1 Cancellation Conditions - Buyers can cancel a product after 3 hours. If the cancellation is not made before this time, a 20% fee of the product will be charged.
Non-Responsiveness
6.1 If the seller does not accept within 3 hours.
6.1.1 If there is no response, we will contact you to provide details.
Security and Privacy
7.1 The platform has appropriate security and privacy measures to protect users' personal information.
7.2 Users must maintain the security of their accounts and not allow unauthorized access to their information.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 The platform limits its liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the service.
8.2 Users agree to be responsible for reviewing and using account information displayed on the platform.
Modifications and Changes
9.1 The platform reserves the right to modify or change this agreement without prior notice.
9.2 Any changes to the agreement will take effect on the use of the service after the changes.
Payments and Fees
10.1 Users must pay the service fees according to the rates specified on the platform.
10.2 The platform reserves the right to change prices or promotions without prior notice.
Refunds
11.1 We reserve the right not to issue refunds in all cases except the following:
11.1.1 When the seller cancels the product, we will refund the buyer in full.
11.1.2 If the buyer inspects the product and it does not meet the agreed terms, we will issue a full refund.
Setting Limitations
12.1 The platform reserves the right to set limitations on the use of the service, such as limiting the number of accounts a user can create to two: one buyer account and one seller account.
12.2 Users must agree to comply with the limitations set by the platform.
Communication and Notifications
13.1 The platform will cooperate in communicating and notifying users about issues or conflicts related to the account or service use.
13.2 Users must accept and respond to notifications sent by the platform.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
14.1 Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the use of the service.
14.2 The platform reserves the right to review and suspend accounts that violate laws or regulations.
Termination of Service
15.1 Users may cancel their account by contacting the platform.
15.2 The platform reserves the right to cancel accounts or services if users violate the terms of service.
General Terms and Conditions
16.1 Use of the platform's service constitutes the user's agreement to and acceptance of all the terms and conditions specified above.
16.2 Any changes to this agreement will take effect on the use of the service after the changes.
